BOMBAY ROYALE REVIEW DRIVER
We had a 7pm dinner, went back to the lobby at 8:05pm and were told the driver was on a lunch break until 9:30pm and could take a taxi at our own expense. We were told the shuttle from the other resort came back every 30 minutes until 10:30pm. so don't think you're getting a great variety of shows. Everything else they advertise never happened. mostly they only had a DJ and resort games. We were given nothing as far as scheduled entertainment, activities, invites for club level or shuttles. The app is useless and hasn't been updated. They frequently ran out of favored alcohol, food and beer (they only had our favorite red stripe light once in the pub and was out everywhere else the entire stay). Also asked for luggage racks but they're were none available. We asked to be moved and were told they could not accommodate us. Whoever painted and constructed the rooms obviously did so in a hurry. The AC leaked leaving a slipping hazard in the main walk area. There were ants everywhere along cracks through the walls and counters. It was nice inside but not luxurious like the price tag suggests. unbelievably loud thumping of rap and other music until 11pm at night which was impossible to drown out. This also meant that it was incredibly noisy and difficult to rest. The view was a restaurant close to the lobby.

it is STILL an AI and you're not going to get the best food you've ever had but it was overall pretty good. We opted for a room with butler service, in which our Butlers Steve and Roy were nothing short of amazing and upbeat, attentive and anticipated our every need and want.
BOMBAY ROYALE REVIEW PLUS
For this plus one day cabana rental, 2 massages, one excursion on Martha Brae plus tips the price tag was about $9k not including flights which we did on our own. We stayed for 7 nights and chose this resort based on the fact they advertise it is a quieter more relaxed intimate resort. Overall we felt we have stayed at other places throughout our travels that were far better value. There were good and not so good things about Sandals. The AC leaked leaving a slipping hazard in the main walk.
